Ken's Auto Wholesale offers the following Simple Returns Policy: - If it's our error, we refund you and issue a return label for parts to be returned... Upon inspection of parts, we then issue credit for refund. These errors can include manufacturer listing errors, shipping errors or damages, or even defective parts.
Because of our small margin and free shipping, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for: - Your error; you are responsible for ordering by part number through the manufacturer part number look up system that is linked on each page. Unfortunately, we do not possess the psychic ability to predict your vehicle, or know that it's incorrect, therefore, we do not assume responsibility for incorrect parts for your vehicle unless the manufacturer itself has listed incorrect parts for your vehicle. If you are unsure of what engine size you have, you can call the dealership with your VIN number and they can provide that for you.
- Buyer's remorse; So you got your order and realized, "boy, I could use the extra $200 if I hadn't bought that intake," unfortunately, we do not accept returns for your indecisions and inability to budget your finances.
- Fate, God's will, Divine Punishment, Karma, Supernatural Forces, Extraterrestrial; So you crashed your car before you had a chance to install your shocks? Perhaps, a meteorite crashed through the hood of your car? Aliens abducting your truck with your girlfriend in it? Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return, but you will have our condolences.
- Cancellations; orders are submitted to suppliers and are usually processed from 1-3 days and shipped out. If it has already shipped, I will not be able to cancel your order.
